1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rwin website at rwin.fun, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by rwin, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the rwin platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members.

rwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the rwin platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the rwin platform, you must:

rwin may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. rwin takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with Philippine regulatory authorities on this matter.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) rwin account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

When registering your rwin account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify rwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your rwin account.

rwin accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your rwin account or any rights therein to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). rwin supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are published on the rwin platform and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your rwin account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. rwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe applicable to your rwin VIP tier. Gold and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing.

rwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to rwin's verification procedures.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on rwin. rwin does not charge deposit fees, but withdrawal processing fees may apply as disclosed on the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your rwin account in bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met;
• rwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms, is prohibited and may result in account suspension;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the rwin platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. rwin's live casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems and professional live dealer studios to ensure fair outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, rwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, r win reserves the right to void bets or game rounds affected by technical errors where a fair resolution cannot otherwise be determined.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rwin platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with rwin games or systems;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or false identity documents;
• Money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA);
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to rwin immediately;
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at rwin staff or other players;
• Accessing rwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

rwin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all associated balances, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rwin platform — including but not limited to the rwin brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of rwin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the rwin platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any rwin content without prior written consent from rwin. Unauthorized use of rwin intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

rwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the rwin platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. rwin implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data and does not sell personal information to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the rwin platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

rwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. rwin does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

rwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where rwin reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, rwin may freeze account funds pending investigation and cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rwin support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Responsible Gaming
